Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process any returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or special-order items.
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Clearance or final-sale items.

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
Carefully pack the item to prevent damage during transit. Include the RA number inside the package.
After we receive and inspect the item, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:

- Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue to expedite the resolution process.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your product for another item, please follow the same return process. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.
